Pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis (PAM) is a rare disorder. It is characterized by accumulation of calciumphosphate (microlith) within the alveoli. Knowledge of this condition is important because radiologicallyit mimics miliary tuberculosis that can lead to the wrong treatment.
